The exchange process was not as easy as I expected. It took way too long for something that should’ve been straightforward. I don’t mind waiting a little, but come on, if it’s just an exchange, why does it have to feel like such a whole ordeal?

I ordered a part from simtacauto and only found out after the order that it was on backorder. To their credit, they emailed me quickly, explained what was going on, and gave me the option to either wait or cancel. I figured delays happen, so I decided to wait. They kept me updated along the way, which made the whole thing much less frustrating. It did take longer than I would’ve liked, but the part arrived in good shape and the communication was solid. Common sense goes a long way in situations like this, and they handled it well. I’d order from them again.

At first, SimTac Auto gave me a good feeling. The site looked straightforward, nothing seemed confusing, and I thought it was something I could trust. But after using it, I started to feel a bit misled, like it came across more reliable than it actually was. I ended up returning it, there were no issues at all! The whole process was simple and went smoothly.

It didn’t feel as reassuring as I expected, especially when entering my card details. I would’ve liked clearer security info or something to make the process feel safer. The staff were really helpful and professional. i kind of regret not coming here earlier because they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.

Found the parts cheaper here than a few other places, so that was a win. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it got here and everything was fine, so I’m totally calm about it. For the price, I really can’t complain. I’d probably use them again

The parts did fit okay, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the durability wasn’t really what I expected. One piece started showing wear after just a few weeks, and another felt a bit cheap once I actually had it installed. It worked, but I was hoping it would last longer. i’m not sure I’d order the same parts again
